Lock Screen in Landscape mode?

Any ideas on if this is possible? i went throught he steps to make TF3D in landscape mode but now I would like the lock screen to be able to go to landscape mode.

I am not sure why they put a kcikstand on this thing but then not enable landscape mode on things. i am guessing just for TV?

Start G Config
Tap Add Program
Lock Your phone
Insert Stylus
Exit G Config
Soft Reset
Viola! Great Success!
