I think you're right. I've had the problem off and on myself, but I don't use BT on a regular basis, so I never connected my use of CLEANRAM with the issue. In hindsight, however, I think you're right on the money. After making the connection, I made sure my BT was working fine, ran CLEANRAM (Level 2) and then my BT would not restart.
I don't know anything about RAM SWEEPER, but CLEANRAM gives you the option to "exempt" processes from cleaning. After several tests and resets, it seems my BT survives if I exempt CONNMGR.EXE, COMMMGR.EXE, and BTTRAYCE.EXE. Leaving any of those in the list causes problems, some severe enough to force a reset. If I exempt all three of them, everything seems to survive.
Your mileage may vary, but I hope this helps.
