Deleting Apps and programs?

Is there a way to delete apps or programs that were user installed and completely get rid of it. Not apps from the marketplace because their is a option for that.

Like on a windows computer in order to completely delete a program you have to go to add/remove programs under control panel. Just wondering if there is something similar to that in winmo.
