Ahh the moral dilemma. Verizon will never, ever notice the loss. Keep it, sell it, shove it up yer *beep*. You did your part. Carry on.

*ding* *ding* *ding* Winner! Okay, that's the right thing to do. I'm curious to see if you even get a check. Hopefully you don't get stuck with a phone for which they think they refunded you. Worse things could happen.

If you were to keep it, I don't think that anyone else could (legally) activate it on Verizon's service because it (a) Doesn't exist, (b) Has no activation, and/or (c) Has not been sold to an end consumer. That being said, you might find someone over seas that would buy it from you.

If it were me, I would wait until I got the check then ship it C.O.D. Return reciept requested to Ivan Seidenberg.

Thanks everyone. Im going to hold on to it to make sure I get me chek first. Than I will see what I will do next. I did try to return it twice, 3x with the initail first visit, so I will wait. Thanks.
