Trigger Ramdump Mode

My phone reseted and I got the splash mulicolor window(you know when you put a phone to dfu mode to add a rom) and than it jumped to Trigger Ramdump Mode. What does this mean and is this good or bad?

Well, I just pressed the reset buttin and its back to normal. I was playing a movie and the phone slowed down and reset itself to what I mentioned in my post. WEIRD.

Were you holding down (accidentally perhaps) the volume down button when it restarted? That's the bootloader mode trigger. (Vol Down + restart)

no I was not. I was just watching a movie. I did find out that imagio cant play mp4 movie formato to well. So I converted to .m4v and it opened the movie 5 times faster and played really really well! I used dvdfab 6 incase anyone is interested, GREAT program.
