Complete Newb here, please help

I am new to Windows Mobile, and am in need of your help.
I am trying to install the 2 cabs that are supposed to help with the memory leak issue.
I copied the 2 Cab files: No push internet_v2 and SSK TP2 dynamic resource proxy to my desktop and I set up active sync.
I have searched the forums to see if there is a how to section but I can't seem to find it.
All I find are posts that give you the file but not the steps to do it.
What do I do next?
