Sounds & Notifications: "Flash light for" grayed out?

Does anyone else have this issue or know of a workaround?

I've tried to change the LED flash settings for missed emails/voice-mails/texts and on every setting, the option to change the length of time the LED flashes is grayed out on every option in the drop down.

I had the TP2 before this, and all options were available to change, so what's the deal?

I'm seriously regretting switching to the Imagio as I've found a ton of issues that were simply not there on the TP2 (older version of TF3D/auto-screen rotation anyone?). Looks like WM 6.5 really screwed the pooch here.......

Now that I'm done complaining, if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.
