voice command settings?

I'm loving the voicecommand - seems to understand me pretty well. But aren't there any settings for it? I can't find them, and my old voice command software had a ton of preferences/settings where I could define specific words, or at least see what commands it understands. Is there a control panel for this thing, or a list of words it knows somewhere? e.g., can I ask it to actually sync (not just run Activesync, but initiate an over-the-air sync)? Can it read me the new emails? etc.
