Off topic, but GPS works instantly on mine. Verified w/ Google maps and iGuidance.

To get the gps to work correctly you need to go to settings/all settings/personal/phone/cdma services.... click on location setting then click get settings..., click on location on. The imagio has "911 only" as default. Then you should go to programs/quick gps, enable and set up to auto update. All gps based programs will work and your location will lock fast!
