Quick FM Radio Question

Since the Imagio has FM radio, is there a way for the Imagio to transmit frequencies? Meaning can I listen to my phone through the radio in my car?

My guess would be no. I think you have to have headphones plugged into the phone in order for the FM software to work; the phone uses the headphone cord as the antenna. I'm not sure you can transmit bluetooth from the phone when physical headphones are also plugged in.

DaddyLongLegs - are you trying to listen to mp3s, etc. that are on your Imagio, using your car's FM radio? If so, I doubt it is possible since the Imagio does not have an FM transmitter, to the best of my knowledge.

The phone likely has a FM receiver, but not a FM transmitter. FM transmitters are rather cheap though, so I would check Ebay for one.
