If you've gotten the phone replaced that many times, they should have given you a new device (three replacements). When you're at that point, you can ask the rep if they can substitute a comparable device instead. No guarantees, but worst case, you'll get a new Imagio.
 This strategy will work better if your phone has been discontinued though.
