unlocking and flashing a new rom

is it possible to unlock and flash a new rom without a computer? can you download the associated files to the SDcard on the phone and perform all the functions like that?

If I'm not mistaken you can flash the ROM by renaming and copying the NBH file. The unlocking on the other hand requires an internet connection so it needs to be connected to a PC.
