Help! My episodes are FLVs!

Hi all.

So I have this thing about putting series on my phone and watching them when ever I get caught with a moment. (Subway, hair appointment, waiting room, what have you)

But this time when I downloaded the episode to put on my phone they were FLV's. Anyone know a good flv player I can download instead of converting all the files.

If not, can you recommend a converter.
