weather animation tweak?

Just installed a Sense 2.5 rom and love the weather animation. However, it seems to run very slow on the Home screen. Is there any tweaks to improve this?

Sadly no, the only way to get Sence 2.5 to run smooth with the animation is to get an HTC HD2.

I'm using Drellisee's rom and it's only jerky when I just finished something big (ie game or sling media). The rest of the time it's pretty smooth.

Yeah. Im using the same rom. And it isnt jerky, but just runs slow on the Home screen. It's almost as if our phone cant handle the animation of both the weather and the flip clock.

Noticed the same issue, but rather it is the flip clock that's slow. My anims (clouds etc) are smooth. In any case, is it possible to disable the anims?

I dont know about disabling it, but I do know that you can change the clock to one that has no animation to it. You just have to look around in the sections where you can download clocks.
