Jawbone Prime BT Headset Issue

So I have had this Jawbone Prime BT headset for about a month and I am really happy with it. The one exception is that it will not disconnect the call when I am finished like it is supposed to (by tapping the talk button). Does anyone else have this problem with this headset or any other bluetooth? Thanks in advance!
