First post updated with a new version of 2.5 2012, for those who want to give it another shot. This version includes all fixes, so no other cabs are necessary (except sdkcerts and .net3.5 first). After a lot of work, I have gotten the documents tab and the eReader tab working! I have also included many tweaks to get this running better and it has been running really well on my phone.
Just like always it takes a little while and a few soft resets to settle in. One bug that I have not solved is the slower HTC messaging client, it's better, but not perfect. One workaround is to use the disable HTC messaging cab. Please report any bugs that you find, this way we can perfect this thing. (or at least until we get this sucker unlocked!) Refer to the first post for installation instructions.
