motorola bluetooth doen't hang up the phone anymore

Hi,

I have a motorola bluetooth device (710 I believe) that doesn't seem to hang up the phone more often than not. I saw a thread on the tp2 that said they ended up having to flash to a new bt stack, but that wm5.6 should take care of it as it has the updated stack... is anyone having this problem with the imagio? Is there a solution?
