Angry Remove Programs wont uninstall some apps that show up on it?

Im having a hard time trying to uninstall some of the apps that show up on the default Remove Programs list, They just wont uninstall it just says it cant remove the program all the way. Is there a app I can use to uninall, or another way i can uninstall apps that the remove programs wont uninstall?

The apps Im trying to uninstall are "Brent G SenseUI Icons for TF3D" & "Brent G Stock Sense UI Slider Icons"

"I thought it might help..."

Thanks for you help in advance.

Yes many times, I'd like to add that the uninstall does not go all the way. it gives me an error, "Brent G. SenseUI Icons for TF3D was not completely removed. Do you want to remove it from the installed programs list?" But when I click OK and soft reset the apps are still on the list. My TF3D icons are now funny looking ., either they apper small or show up not as sharp or show up on the selected tab only and not on any of the other tabs...

Please help I dont want fancy looking icons will be happy with my original icons...

Re: Remove Programs wont uninstall some apps that show up on it?

You might try looking in the cab file to see which files are being replaced. You might then be able to delete these files from the \windows folder (after turning TF3D off). The original files should be in ROM and may be replaced when you reboot. No guarantees though.

Also, you might try turning the TF3D off before you run the uninstall. They are probably locked since the TF3D is running while you are trying to uninstall them.

1# For the first answer "How would I look inside the Cab file?"
2# Tried to disable TF3D and soft reseting then uninstalling the two prevesly mentioned cab files but no luck any other ideas?

Just re-install it soft reset, go to settings uninstall then should work fine. Just for good measure you can turn off tf3d in today settings before uninstall.

Open the cab file with WinZip. You should see a "_setup.xml" file in the list of files. Open up that file with notepad. There should be lines like below:
<characteristic type="4247b6bd_manila" translation="install">
<characteristic type="Extract">
<parm name="Source" value="4247B6~1.005" />
</characteristic>
So for this example the file this cab is installing/modifying is "4247b6bd_manila", so that would be the file to delete in \windows.

The cab file can not be installed, and now the colored icons show up really small andbut on the tab thats selected I get the white original TF3D icon...

Ive tried all the you stated ^^^.

I have managed to uninstall one of the apps but the other one named "Brent G Stock Sense UI Slider Icons" will not uninstal or reinstall the cab file

Not sure why they aren't uninstalling.

2 options for you:

1. Look on XDA for an app called "Crud Scrapper"
2. Install my default Imagio icons available on my website.
