Re: Whitestone Android It Booted!!!
worked good for me. looks pretty cool although there doesn't seem to be a file explorer or registry editor. it was fun playing around with it though.
to those having problems.... did you take all the files out of the folder and place them in the root of your storage card? at first i thought you could just unzip the folder and run from there but that is not what the directions say to do. not sure what else could be the problem. |
Re: Whitestone Android It Booted!!!
I formatted my SD Card, moved everything from the zip file to the root of my sd card. deleted DEFAULT.TXT and copied over STARTUP.TXT, system boots then I get the error that it cannot mount the SD CARD it will continue to do some things for awhile or until I get borded of watching it do absolutely nothing and that is it.

Re: Whitestone Android It Booted!!!
try a different brand sd card, it is a known issue. they also recommend formatting the card to FAT32, but i haven't tried that.. I got the same error . After you get the sd card error, it just keeps showing a timeout message..

Thanks for all the help guys i really appreciate it. Off Topic - has anyone got an update on our HSPL for the imagio? |
Re: Whitestone Android It Booted!!!
Worked!
Should it be of any value to future production/troubleshooting: Formatted in FAT32 Using SanDisk 2GB micro SD Did as instructed to by replacing .txt file (delete DEFAULT.txt "file" (as in, not "text-in-file") and drop in supplied .txt file. As stated, took some time to load up once it did same issues: buttons are wacked out, no data connections with mic or earpiece. Attempted call to caller ID capable phone. The receiving phone showed my number. Lock screen freezes too. Could be great once its done. |
Re: Whitestone Android It Booted!!!
I hate you :p J/K
But i am jealous I spent 3 days trying to get it to work. Even tried different cards (including 2GB Sandisk) But with no results. I think im one of the few that are going to have to wait for a flashable version (if it can be done) |
Re: Whitestone Android It Booted!!!
I didnt even format my card
Just copied everything over and it fired up  |
