Can't Reinstall Opera 9.7 Says Insufficient System permissions

I was having a glitch I mentioned with Opera 9.7 where sometimes the email alert disrupted the Opera page. I had to exit and reopen Opera. So I thought "heck, I'll uninstall and reinstall it."

So I uninstalled 9.7, did soft reset, then went to reinstall. I tried to both device and storage card.

Both give me the error in the Subject Line. Installation Unsuccessful because I to not have Sufficient System permission.
