Solution for GPS related app run at time error

Most of the time the weather on my Imagio will not download to the GPS coordinates I'm at, and when they do, the same weather info remains for weeks and even if I'm hundreds of miles away. I can update to preprogrammed locations or metropolitan areas (Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, etc.) but cannot grab the data for the coordinates I'm at.

When I get a notice to update my GPS software, I get an App Run Attime error. Is there an easy to install patch or strategy to fix this?
