Add a link to the All Applications Menu
I created a shortcut (.lnk) file to the intshrUI.exe and copied it to the Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder, but it doesn't appear in the "All Applications" file list. I had renamed the short cut to "Internet Sharing.lnk" and I also tried putting it into other folders too (Windows\Start Menu and Windows\Start Menu\Tools) but that doesn't seem to work either.
If I open the lnk file in Total Commander from the Windows\Start Menu folder, it loads fine, but it doesn't appear in the "All Applications" list. I did a soft reset and that didn't seem to work either. Any ideas? |
Re: Add a link to the All Applications Menu
OK, copying the shortcut didn't work, but if I created one in the Windows\Start Menu\Programs using the Total Commander application, it works. I created one and renamed to "Internet Sharing.lnk" and now it appears. So there must be something else involved in creating shortcuts in the Start Menu folder.
