it just so happens that today is my upgrade day, ordered through bestbuy after Sprint wouldn't match the price (I figured they wouldn't)

Let's hope it all goes well, can't wait for my hero!!!

You are able to get it from your upgrade . its still from Sprint.Also you can call and do it via phone . that will give you more options on your plan

I just did it through the phone. It happened easily but took a long time. If you are on a family plan they have to send a dummy phone for the second line which that order gets cancelled right away.

The person is in India but had no issues speaking clearly or understanding me. (my company has a lot of employees in India and sometimes we have troubles communicating)

then it most likely will not work for you or I believe the work around would be to add a 30.00 data plan to it , which would prob defeat the SERO plan purpose..Or its always Ebay and Craigslist

I paid 200 and its now 69.99 what a joke
i still dont have 30 days with htc hero can i return it to sprint and get the htc hero in best buy? XD

i think i scratch it little from the side does it matter?

Has anyone received there hero from the $69 promotion? I ordered mine Monday evening and was told i would receive the phone in 2-3 days. After 2 chat sessions in 2 days the phone has not been activated but will be in 12 hours, than shipped within 24 hours. They told me this in each chat sessions online.

This is bull crap. The only reason i am keeping my order is the cheap price.
