It is contract extension plus you have to pay the activation fee. Not too bad if your not Sprint Premier. Makes you wonder if they are dropping the prices on this phone so fast is there another phone coming out soon that we dont know about?

Best buy gave us our 32 bucks back for each phone. This is the 2nd time they gave us money.

I can upgrade my device tomorrow but I can't find out how to just order the phone and keep my current plan...my wife and I are on it but she has a new phone and doesn't need another one...

The best buy website is goofy...

when you order the phone choose upgrade then add your current plan with all in there and it will remain the same

It doesnt say anything on the site that you can keep your existing plan. it makes you check off nights and weekends starting at 6pm for an additional $5 which I already have for free plus the discount and other perks. You can keep your same plan if you have one of the three to select from but if your on another plan then it wont let you keep it. I wonder to does this take about the $150 upgrade credit with Sprint if you do the contract extension?
