deleted photos

I am new to the HTC Hero with Sprint. I deleted a few photos off my SC card by accident and I would like to know if there is anyway to retrieve them?

Do you have an adapter or card reader? If so, check this out. Oh, and make sure you backup everything on the card, just in case...and don't write to the card in the mean time.
