I got plenty songs on my Hero from Myxer. If you look when browsing through songs it should say if it's free or not. I have never paid for one song but there are a few that do cost, just gotta pay attention to that.

u can use myxer..save it as u were doing and it will go to ur music folder..pull up the music player and head to the song that u want to set as a ringtone and hit menu, it will give u the option to save it as ringtone
