Why Dont I Have This Screen to Screen Animation????

1:33, 1:53, 2:00, 2:13, 2:59....so on and so fourth....

how do i get the burst screen animation when i go from screen to screen like in the video??? Is almost like when you launch and iphone app (awesome) but the only one i seem to have is the sliding animation....

NOTE: I had this animation on the hero roms when i had the Vogue and, even the droid has it (see it in :27) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5NJAMBzcts

I can't watch the Youtube video while I am at work, but did you select Animation under the Settings, Display options?

Yes i did, but i get the side swiping one rather than the burst. No biggie, but i gust like the burst better

I thought I read at some point that they dropped some things when they released the newest ROM.

The flip clock immediately comes to mind. Mine doesn't actually "slip" and/or move to change time.

I have no idea. May not even b in the gsm version. Most of the time they add stuff n thats not there.

Possibly .... Settings>Sounds & Animations>Animation (Check Box)

if your rooted you can apply this .zip file and it has the burst animation, a new lockscreen, and a nice new boot gif.
