Open cmd back up. Type cd/ enter then cd AndroidSDK\Tools\ and press enter again. That is the first step, you can go from there.

I type that exactly and I get the message adb: not found

So it is on your SD card... Did it say how long it took? It should have been 2 or 3 seconds, can be 15 though.

If yes, try to do the flash_image without the adb shell first. It said to do that, but you are already in shell, that's why you have the $. So try it with only typing flash_image recovery recovery-RA-heroc-v.1.2.3.img

Make sure you are in su which is # and you are in the sd card which is cd /sdcard/ it will not tell you that you are in sd card, but if you typed that and no error came up you are.

The video Here At 7:26 starts this step, he doesn't go into his sdcard and I am not sure why, looks like he forgot it. But you can check that too. Although he doesn't do a step and that makes it confusing just to see what he's looking at may help.

well that was quiet easy actually. once you get the idea of what you are doing. so now we are waiting for some custom roms?? what did that do exactly?

Did you boot into your recovery image and nandroid backup? If the answer is yes you can flash modaco's rom. If not do that, then flash modaco haha. You can take screenshots on phone now, wifi tether, Permanent SU access, remove bloatware, and fix the app icon problems!
