Open cmd back up. Type cd/ enter then cd AndroidSDK\Tools\ and press enter again. That is the first step, you can go from there. |

will have # so type this exactly adb shell flash_image recovery recovery-RA-heroc-v1.2.3.img I type that exactly and I get the message adb: not found |

No biggie bro, I had trouble too! That's why I am trying to help as much as I can! Haha... So it is on your SD card... Did it say how long it took? It should have been 2 or 3 seconds, can be 15 though. If yes, try to do the flash_image without the adb shell first. It said to do that, but you are already in shell, that's why you have the $. So try it with only typing flash_image recovery recovery-RA-heroc-v.1.2.3.img Make sure you are in su which is # and you are in the sd card which is cd /sdcard/ it will not tell you that you are in sd card, but if you typed that and no error came up you are. |

The video Here At 7:26 starts this step, he doesn't go into his sdcard and I am not sure why, looks like he forgot it. But you can check that too. Although he doesn't do a step and that makes it confusing just to see what he's looking at may help. |
