I *HIGHLY* recommend the app "Backgrounds" from the Android Market. It's wonderful. The ads are very minimal and the App does exactly as it should. The wallpapers are great and are constantly being updated. You can search by category and their are dozens of different categories to choose from. If you haven't checked it out yet. Go for it!!
