Hero and Active Sync

I have no way of testing this and I don't know the answer so I'm hoping somebody knows the answer.

I have my phone set up to use both Active Sync and Gmail/g-voice/calendar. It appears as if the phone keeps entries received via active sync separate from the entries from the google services.

So my question is, if the corporate email guys send a device wipe via active sync what will the phone do? Will the phone do a factory reset forcing me to simply reestablish connectivity to google to reload my personal stuff? Will it simply delete my active sync entries?

Anybody know the answer or have the ability to test?

Thanks
TL

Re: Hero and Active Sync

You can actually test this if you have access to Outlook Web Access. Once you are logged in goto Options and Mobile Devices. You can initiate a device wipe from there. (These directions are for Exchange 2007, I didnt look at 2003 yet)

Let me know the results.
