Try upgrading at Best Buy.

I got a plan thats better than the cheapest Sero and 2nd best to sprint store associate plan. I upgrade to TP1 with no prob when it was first released. And the upgrade was at BB.

I just called Sprint, and clicked the option to order a phone. They said the hero release date was changed to Oct 14th, due to inventory issues. The rep didn't even have the phone any longer in his drop down selections. Although, online chat didn't see anything else indicating an Oct 14th roll out. Anyone else get this? Who would have thought I'd get conflicting information from two different Sprint employees? ;)

Got it ordered when it posts to sprint.com on order status will put a screen shot up. It looks like a nice phone but Igot it for the woman she wants it bad lol

I was able to order the Hero, by calling back, and accessing Telesales again. Strange.

They certainly had no problems placing the order for me, but they didn't even look at my plan to confirm that it is actually compatible with SERO. When I asked them they told me that it is not compatible so I had them cancel the order. Everyone that ordered one through telesales should check and make sure that it is actually compatible.
