Audio quits working at random. Found bug, but still happening in Fresh 2.3.3

I've had this problem since Fresh 2.1.2.
The phone will work for sometimes days, or as few as hours or minutes.

Audio just quits working.
If a new call is received, it is answered but no audio is heard.

It indicates Resolved, but doesn't really say how.
I'm currently using the newest Fresh 2.3.3, and have the same intermitten problem.

With the 2.3.3 upgrade, I was very careful to not load up any unneeded Apps, in case that was the issue.
Also got rid of Apps2SD, to speed up the phone in general.
Still happening.
Can someone elaborate on how this issue is fixed?
