Apps cannot access internet.

I have an HTC Hero that i had flashed over to metro pcs. all the apps mms and internet worked just fine, about a month latter any apps that use the internet including mms(excluding browser) just stopped working, they work fine when im on wifi but not over mobil network anymore.
