new Hero - 2 email account questions

I have two email accounts/addresses set up. Everything is working fine - except that it will not populate the new email list with emails from BOTH accounts. It seems to d/l the default emails but it takes a bunch of clicks to switch to the other email account before I can view those messages.

Anyway to be able to d/l and view all emails from all accounts without switching?
