just figured it out myself.....



Copy to the root of your sd card, boot into recovery, and flash. As always, do a nandroid backup.

Did you have to change the name of the file to "update" on the root of the card?

I'm asking if you flash this to your phone the same way you flash a rom.

Yeah, I actually ended up searching around and ended up finding that same file. Very simple procedure to do.
