34 day old Hero got dust in the screen. chatted with customer service online and they're sending me a NIB hero no questions asked.

probably because they have it in the system as a known problem and rather than trying to deal with it on the customer end, they're just replacing them all

I just noticed some dust last week. I've had the HERO since October. It's not that noticeable, so I think I'll just deal with it unless it gets worse.

that's the same boat i was in, i had my first hero since the day after launch but it built up rather quickly the last few weeks i had it so i got it replaced last week

Yep. Just got dust under my screen. Got it Oct 9, and no dust until last Friday. I may call Sprint, and see what they will do, but so far, it hasn't effected the function of the phone, and I can only see it when the phone is off. Mine is coming in on the bottom left corner. I think most people were having dust come in through the upper right?

mine actually started in the lower left then came through on the upper right a few weeks later

specs all corners..lol but cant notice unless im in direct sunlight.. but still gonna give sprint a call sooner than later,lol

i still couldn't see it if the screen was on but i could see it in any light not just daylight
