Service down only with Hero
 
I have a couple of phones with Sprint yet the Hero is the only one not working. I also have a friend with the Hero and same issue. The internet is not working and the text gives error message saying out of service area. Email sync services are working and so is the IM client eBuddy. Any suggestions or ideas? Or anyone else having this issue?

Have you spoken to sprint?

Sprint walked through making sure phone was updated (Firmware, profile, prl) which all was already up to date. Then had me do a hard reset. Still wasn't working so they said take it in to a store. As I said though this isn't just my phone having this problem. My buddy is having the issue too and I am awaiting some others I know have the Hero to see if they are having the problem as well.

Ok, so it seems to be working now even though no changes on my end have been made.
