Found this thanks to Kbussen. Over on XDA a user has modified the kernel source to allow for overclocking the processor. You can, provided you have knowledge of such things, drop the code into any kernel and go nuts or, on page 3, a user has rolled it in with ghbil's kernel. I can confirm that it works ohmygodso****in awesome. I'll jack the contents of said thread when i get home and will give more credit where its due here.

Brad its been worked on all day and they finally came to the conclusion its possibly not functioning right . Idea is there need to be a few more things added in. Might be a Placebo effect . I have been using it since last night and im unsure now too.. I hope they get it working though

Yeah, I just posted comments in a thread out in the Main Hero section about how it didnt do much for me. It eventually caused programs to lag something aweful. Went back to my Fresh + Gumbo kernel set up and its great again.

Great news is that something is in the works indeed. it has so many mixed reviews.. One Fact that is present is. "The Theory can not either be confirmed or denied"
