Signatures with Handcent Msgs.

I installed Handcent a while ago and love it, at one time I enabled my signatures, but decided that it was too gimicky in the messaging app, so I turned them off. I still have one contact who ALWAYS get the signature appended to the message, no others, just the one. Has any one else had this happen to them, and what is the solution. I've done a soft reset, flashed a new ROM, disabled signatures in emails, and deleted the signature completely, but it still comes up for this one contact. It's really annoying to me to sent a one word reply only to have "Sent from my HTC HERO!" added to it.
