Exclamation Battery/Phone Issues

Hi guys, I bought myself and my middle daughter the hero. Mine is working just fine with the usual quirks. But her's is acting strange, when she is charging the phone it actually doesn't charge. The battery keeps losing power and it eventually dies out. We thought maybe it was a defective battery so I switched out batteries with her and the battery charges fine on my phone. Does anyone else have this issue or have heard anything about it. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Battery/Phone Issues

say the screen is off, does the screen come on when you plug in the charger? or does the phone not detect the charger at all? is the phone hot? does it drain quickly or usual battery drain while plugged in?

You should call Sprint customer care.

Re: Battery/Phone Issues

I actually went to a Sprint store and they looked at the phone. The rep opened it up and saw the little pink tab inside was now red. Telling her the phone had gotten wet. I asked my daughter and sure enough she had dropped it in a cup of water. So now I'm stuck. Any suggestions?

If thats your only problem get a battery charger and an extra battery. That way you can charge one and switch when the others dead. I do that anyway.
