Downloads and Notifications

So I have three questions.

1) Why when I try to download a file using Dolphin browser it tells me there is not enough space, but when I use the stock browser I have no problem.

2) Why when I download a music file it changes the format/extension to .DM.

3) When I put the music files in notifications I can not play them, they seem to be just links to the file, so where is the actual music I just downloaded?
