Led

So my LED will only blink for 10 minutes on any mail or sms notification. Is this normal? Seems a little ridiculous to only flash for 10 minutes.

i would think 10 minutes is enough blinking to let u know u have an unattended message

LED is there for the purpose of notifying you from a distance and without turning on the display to see if you have any notifications. I get into the shower and get out and glance at my phone... no led.. no notifications. But that wouldn't be true if it stops after 5-10 minutes.

My question is not whether it's enough time, but if this is the way it's intended to function?

Well, If I didn't hear my notification sound, I would think 10 minutes would be long enough....but I also check my phone often due to the loud noise on the construction sites.....It's essential for me, so if its blinking or not I always turn on my phone lol...may or may not help some people :)

so i take it that it's meant to flash for only 10 mins? that's just crazy.

this has to be accessible via firmware changes, no?

well i should've mentioned out the box. I'm sure there's a program or maybe some tweaks that will let it blink indefinitely.
