need hero help
 

ok so im trying to root my hero and ive done everything i need to i think, so far ive put everything to root of sdcard and when i try backup recovery image ive gotten errors back up failed and flash failed.. ive soft reseting it and tried again and nothing. idk if i have to delete recovery flasher and try it all again but i dont know how to delete apps XD lol so can someone help me please i will thank and yes i have tried looking around the forums but the hero fixes and tricks only shows how to and no support =(

Well your post was extremely vague. You didn't really say what you tried, what guide you were following or exactly what error messages you received.

But check out the auto-rooter in the pre-kitchen and see if that works for you.

im sorry i know i am in a hurry before work but what happened is i followed all the directions and for some reason when it comes to the step to press back up recovery image, it very quickly says do not interrupt and the then says "backup failed: could not run command" and in the box it says the recovery image i also need to dl idk if that suppose to be there but it is =/ . thank for trying to help me i got like 5 mins though i may have to come back to this tonight which will suck
and i had treid the one from the unlocker website the supposedly "easier one"
