For some reason my data connection just quit and will not start working?!?
 

I don't know what the deal is.. i went to a class and i noticed my phone went down to 1x. after the class i checked it and it shows no data at all. reset the phone and still nothing. I tried dialing *2 for customer service and it immediately hangs up without ringing or anything. I can still call other people and send texts though.. WTF?

No, but i got on a chat with a sprint representative online and she claims there is an outage in my area.. I activated my old touch pro and the same thing is happening so i guess she isn't bsing

i was able to get through to customer service and they confirmed an outage.
