Well you can say in a matter of 24 hours.. I failed to mention that two days prior Sprint offered $50 credit to renew contract and I accepted and was still able to get discount. I just asked what other discounts they had available since wife wanted to leave to another company..

Ordered the phone on the 13th at 1 am. i received a ticket number the following day for the Samsung Moment, the status remained opened until today. I decided to call the number on the site and inquire about the phone. I explained to the Rep that the phone was replacing a faulty phone and needed it ASAP. After being on hold for a minute, she came back and explained how my account was going to be billed 29.99 plus tax and the phone will ship right away.

Approximately 2 minutes later, I received this email.

Thank you for your recent Sprint upgrade order. Your request for the Samsung Moment has been processed. You should receive your device in 3-5 business days.

You will be able to activate your new device by contacting Sprint at 800-639-6111 or logging onto your account and activating at sprint.com/activate If you would like to make a plan change or add features to the account, you can make these changes when activating the device.

If you have additional questions, please contact me at 888-545-2583 ext 181.


Now thats fast service. Status of order is Manage More.

I ordered on the 11th, and got that email this afternoon. Where do you check the status of your order online, that it says, "Manage More"?

I placed my order yesterday over 24 hrs, received an email indicating they received my order request and I haven't heard from them since and I haven't been charged... how long did it take everyone to get an email about the order being fulfilled and being charged?

Do like I did, call them up and provide ticket number (866-869-6686). Speak to a rep on the phone and tell them you are having issues with your phone. If is not an upgrade then just tell them you dont have a phone. They dont charge your card. She gave me the option to add to bill or charge card. I believe the just add charge to the bill... Don't hesitate, give them a call right now. Let me know how it turns out.

Thanks for the info, I placed my order online using the Accenture link provided in this forum. I will wait before I start calling and talking to someone though. I'd like to know from the people that used the Accenture link how long they waited for an email back from Accenture indicating the order has been processed?

Well, I placed my order on the 5th. Watched my status for a week without change. Yesterday the status went from "open" to "pending". I was excited until today the status went back to "open". I will mention that I have not called anyone as of yet, but will now to see what happens.

Update:
Just got off the phone with Sprint and within minutes received an email saying that my order had been processed and my discount was in place. My phone will ship in 1-2 business days.

i also placed my order on that same website.. you are calling accenture site not sprint itself. why wait weeks when a simple call can get your phone in days.. doesnt make sense to me..
