Help with HD2

Hello, i got a used HD2. i already flashed it, i have energy rom. but the screen wont touch. i mean. just wont let me touch anything. do you guys know any stores or places in NYC (New York City) where i can fix it? cuz if i take to tmobile will cost too much.
