i hard reset 3 times yesterday, but t-mobile announced the switch. tampa is on the list, i'm in jacksonville and was told that we are going to get it also. i tried calling htc, but they're closed today. here's the announcement http://www.boygeniusreport.com/2010/...y-end-of-year/

Just got to work...same ROM as Friday "My Location" still not working...flashed the new Miri/Dinik ROM, "My Location" still not working...turn off 3G and switch to E mode and it updates just fine...blah...

Some ROM's have a button built into the ComManager...

Only custom ROMS have it built into the Comm Manager.

To change it on a stock ROM, Go to Sense settings tab > Click Menu > All Settings > Connections > Advance Network > HSDPA/HSUPA tab: Disable

I am running a custom so it may be slightly different, but this should help you find it on a stock ROM.

holy freakin crap....
for 4 weeks i had to deal with that crap not workin right. it was showing my location in some city 400 miles away. finally...this morning, it started workin again. woot...woot.:headbang:
