I remember reading in the past that the latch on these case can come undone and the phone can fall out. Not sure if that is the case with this particular case though. The seller is good, just bought a PDAir leather pouch w/ clip from them that I like a lot. :)

Nope, but it's nice they show the T-Mo HD2 in the case. And again I would trust that seller. :)
