Re: Hard Reset?
Are you saying that from what "should" be, or what you have tested and know to be true?
We all "know" that everything should be recreated, but in my experience, when an SD card is included with a phone, what was on the phone or installed after the fact does NOT mean it's reinstalled during a hard reset. AKA Moto QC. The "music" SD card had things installed in OS that did not come back after hard reset. If the card was changed, then it was changed for good and the links after hard reset were not recreated. |

Re: Hard Reset?
Well i must have a 1 in a million shit SD card because mine is DEAD. I've hard reset, flashed back to stock, tried to read the damn card in a PC card reader and NOTHING. I just got off the phone with the T-Mobile store i bought my phone from and they're ordering me a new one.

Re: Hard Reset?
hmm thats weird because a hard reset should take the phone back to stock out of the box configurations . everything saved on the micro sd card and sim card should be saved. thats why i save all my contacts to the sim card.
hope they take care of it. |
