Hello, I have a problem with my Excalibur. The thing is that when I´m talking with someone, the other person hear me very low. I need to shout so that person can hear me what I´m saying. Please Help me!!!! Is not the mic

Have you tried a soft reset? How do you know its not the mic?

The Mic isn´t the problem becouse I checkit already, It´s another problem
